I wholeheartedly believe that authentic, nourishing, and fulfilling relationships are vital to our overall well-being and quality of life. I also understand how difficult they can be to navigate and maintain, especially with intimate partners.

My Approach

At the heart of my work is a focus on forming a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

I create a space where you feel comfortable  sharing and exploring your inner world while working intentionally towards your goals.

My approach is holistic and integrative. As a qualified yoga therapist and an experienced yoga facilitator, I understand the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit, offering clients tools such as breathing exercises, meditation and movement to support their overall wellbeing. 


As an
integrative therapist, I recognise how familial, societal, and environmental systems shape our experiences and sense of self. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to facilitate your healing and growth, including attachment theory, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and somatic practices, to help you connect with the innate wisdom of your body. Our sessions together will likely include a blend of Western and Eastern therapeutic approaches.
